AI Studio
This policy explains how Estafy AI Studio production credits are used, how outputs should be reviewed before publishing, and how refund requests are evaluated.

AI Studio is a separate production area that uses credits for supported work such as listing photo retouch, visual improvement, short video, listing copy and social content. It is independent from CRM subscription, WhatsApp Assistant and AI Secretary plans.
Credits are virtual usage units that can be used only for supported Estafy AI Studio production operations. Credits are not cash, deposit balances, gift cards or transferable monetary value. Unused credits expire according to the validity period shown on the plan page.
AI outputs are creative production results; the same brief does not guarantee identical results every time. Users are responsible for reviewing photo, video and text outputs before publishing them for accuracy, listing suitability, brand fit, copyright and third-party rights.
Users confirm that they have the necessary rights for photos, videos, logos, listing information, client information and briefs uploaded to AI Studio. Unauthorized third-party visuals, personal data, copyrighted materials or misleading listing information remain the user's responsibility.
AI Studio may not be used for unlawful, misleading, impersonating, rights-infringing, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, security-bypassing or platform-misuse purposes. Estafy may reject such use, remove outputs or review account access.
A production operation may reserve credits when it is successfully started or accepted for processing. If Estafy verifies a system, infrastructure or processing failure, the reserved credit may be returned automatically or after manual review.
Activated, used or production-reserved AI Studio packages and extra credits are generally non-refundable. Mandatory legal rights, duplicate payment, incorrect charge, inability to access the service or exceptions approved by Estafy in writing are reserved.
Estafy may change AI infrastructure, production methods or providers for quality, availability, security, cost or performance reasons. Public pages do not need to disclose technical model names; the user-facing commitment is output scope, credit usage and usage conditions.
Users accessing AI Studio confirm that they have read and accepted this policy during membership, onboarding or first password setup. Users who do not accept the policy should not use the AI Studio production area.
This page is an operational policy adapted for Estafy AI Studio. Mandatory consumer, invoice, distance sales or corporate agreement rules may also apply.
